Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including homeowners, businesses, and government entities.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless installation and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and community outreach programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in renewable energy, solar products, or related industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
