As the Solar Power Plant Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of the project, from planning and engineering to execution and delivery. Your leadership will ensure the project meets technical, financial, and regulatory requirements while adhering to strict timelines and quality standards.

Responsibility
- Lead and manage the owner-side engineering and project management team for a 10 MWac solar power plant.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee procurement, construction, and commissioning phases of the solar power plant.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) certification is required.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in managing large-scale solar power projects.
- Strong knowledge of solar power plant design, construction, and commissioning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes for renewable energy projects.
