Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of engineers across Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines for US-based projects.
- Develop and maintain a talent pool of skilled engineers, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clients, contractors, and stakeholders, to drive project success.
- Implement best practices in engineering management, including risk assessment, resource allocation, and performance optimization.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong technical expertise in one or more engineering disciplines (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with international teams or US-based clients is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project).
- PMP or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
