Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD software.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to interpret design specifications and convert them into precise drafts.
- Review and update existing drawings to reflect design changes or project modifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and company protocols in all drafts.
- Assist in preparing construction documentation, including layouts, schematics, and assembly drawings.
- Perform quality checks on drawings to minimize errors and ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Stay updated with the latest AutoCAD tools and techniques to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an AutoCAD Operator or Draftsman, preferably in construction or engineering sectors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software and familiarity with other drafting tools (e.g., Revit, SketchUp).
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and construction documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to interpret complex design specifications and translate them into accurate drafts.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Bali’s key regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
