Responsibility
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of solar PV projects, from conceptualization to final handover, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and energy yield analyses to optimize solar panel placement and system design.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and compliance with local regulations.
- Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including clients, investors, and government agencies.
- Ensure all installations comply with industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform system testing, and oversee commissioning to guarantee optimal performance of solar energy systems.
- Foster strong relationships with local communities, authorities, and partners to facilitate smooth project execution and promote sustainable energy adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil), Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the solar or renewable energy sector, with a track record of successfully delivered projects.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, energy storage solutions, and grid integration, including familiarity with industry software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVSyst, or Helioscope).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and excellent skills in budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or NABCEP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) are highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and permitting processes for renewable energy projects is a significant plus.
