Responsibility
- Design and develop solar PV systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.
- Conduct site assessments, energy audits, and feasibility studies to determine optimal solar solutions.
- Install, test, and commission solar panels, inverters, and related components with precision and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of solar energy systems.
- Collaborate with project managers, electricians, and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Prepare technical documentation, including system designs, schematics, and performance reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in renewable energy.
- Provide training and support to clients and team members on solar system operation and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in solar PV system design, installation, or maintenance.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVSyst, or other solar design software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and safety protocols (e.g., NEC, IEC standards).
- Hands-on experience with solar panel installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
