Responsibility
- Assist the R&D team in materials processing, fabrication, and characterization to meet project requirements and specifications.
- Conduct testing and analysis to evaluate material properties and performance under various conditions.
- Develop and optimize fabrication processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate materials into product designs and prototypes.
- Document and report experimental procedures, results, and findings for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in materials science and engineering to drive innovation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to materials processing and fabrication.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards in all R&D activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in materials processing, fabrication, and characterization techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software for materials testing and analysis.
