Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring project delivery on time and within budget.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions with other systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Developer with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, .NET).
- Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
