Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for UR Klinik’s digital health platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical staff, product managers, designers) to translate healthcare needs into technical requirements.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data security standards (HIPAA, GDPR) and implement robust encryption protocols.
- Optimize system performance for high-traffic medical applications, ensuring 99.9% uptime.
- Develop APIs and integrations with third-party healthcare systems (EHR, lab software, telemedicine tools).
- Conduct code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments with minimal downtime.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in healthcare IT (AI diagnostics, blockchain for medical records, etc.).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
- Proficiency in modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database design (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling for healthcare applications.
- Familiarity with healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Fluency in English; Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
