Responsibility
- Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules to align with business requirements.
- Develop and optimize workflows, automation rules, and business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that improve service delivery.
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.
- Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, Administrator, or Support Specialist, with a focus on ITSM and HRSD modules.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, automation, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration, including forms, fields, business rules, and UI policies.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
- Certification in ServiceNow (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS) is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
