Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts to deliver high-quality insights and reports.
- Develop and implement data strategies that align with organizational goals and drive business growth.
- Oversee the design, maintenance, and optimization of data systems and databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and actionable manner.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in data analytics and information systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership role within data analytics, business intelligence, or information systems.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly desirable.
