Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions on time.
- Drive technical excellence by implementing best practices in coding, testing, and architecture.
- Optimize development processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and team performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate new technologies to ensure competitive advantage.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet business objectives.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/management role.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-performance software applications.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, Go) and frameworks.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
