Responsibility
- Perform regular maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of computer hardware, POS systems, and peripheral devices across assigned store locations
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware components and software applications to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to store IT infrastructure, minimizing downtime
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all IT equipment and coordinate with procurement for replacements
- Assist in the deployment of new technology solutions and system updates in compliance with company standards
- Provide end-user support and training to store staff on basic IT operations and best practices
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance measures
- Collaborate with the central IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support, hardware maintenance, or a similar technical role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking principles
- Experience with POS systems and retail technology is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Willingness to travel to different store locations as needed
- Certifications in CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or similar are advantageous
