Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive case assessments for youth residents to identify needs and develop tailored support plans.
- Provide one-on-one counseling and group therapy sessions to address emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and community agencies to ensure holistic support for each youth.
- Develop and implement Individualized Care Plans (ICP) with measurable goals and progress tracking.
- Liaise with medical professionals to coordinate healthcare services and mental health support.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on life skills, conflict resolution, and emotional well-being.
- Maintain accurate case records and prepare reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Advocate for youth rights and access to resources within the community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in casework, youth counseling, or social services.
- Strong knowledge of youth development principles and evidence-based intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with youth and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with local laws, regulations, and resources related to youth welfare in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
