Responsibility
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational activities for social value projects, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and timelines.
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Liaise with local and international teams to facilitate smooth collaboration between Bali-based operations and Seoul HQ.
- Organize and oversee logistics for workshops, training sessions, and networking events aimed at supporting youth entrepreneurs.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability of social impact programs.
- Act as a primary point of contact for partners, vendors, and beneficiaries, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
- Contribute to strategic planning by providing insights on operational challenges and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or operations, preferably in NGOs, social enterprises, or startup ecosystems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Experience working in hybrid or remote teams, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across time zones.
- Passion for youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, and social impact, with a deep understanding of Bali’s startup landscape.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational gaps.
