Based in the vibrant hubs of Canggu, Ubud, or Denpasar, youâll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven social media strategies that engage audiences and drive growth. Your expertise in Adobe Illustrator and other design tools will be key to producing high-quality visuals that align with brand identity and resonate with target markets.
With at least 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and graphic design, youâll play a pivotal role in shaping our digital footprint. Whether youâre brainstorming viral campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, or designing stunning assets, your work will directly impact our brandâs success in a competitive landscape.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos, tailored to each platformâs audience.
- Design visually compelling graphics (banners, infographics, ads, etc.) using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva to support campaigns and brand consistency.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (KPIs, ROI, engagement rates) and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align content with business goals and promotional calendars.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms to keep strategies innovative and effective.
- Manage community interactions by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in social media management, content creation, and graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory) and other design tools (Photoshop, Canva, Figma).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative content and graphic design work (social media posts, ads, branding materials).
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and best practices for each.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian language is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics, branding, and storytelling.
