Responsibility
- Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) in alignment with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and copy that enhance audience engagement.
- Manage community interactions by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging social media tools to keep strategies innovative and effective.
- Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns, including budget tracking and ROI analysis.
- Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and credibility.
- Prepare monthly reports on social media KPIs, including follower growth, engagement rates, and conversion metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality or luxury brand sector.
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts and increasing engagement through organic and paid strategies.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Sprout Social, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
