Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth in the Bali region.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve performance targets and business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to optimize marketing initiatives and ROI.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with company guidelines across all marketing materials and channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and consumer behavior is a plus.
