Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall brand goals.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, and video) for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Manage community engagement by responding to inquiries and fostering active conversations with our audience.
  • Collaborate with the graphic design and marketing teams to produce high-quality, on-brand creative assets.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize future campaign results.
  • Identify and manage relationships with influencers or partners to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in social media management or digital branding.
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms, analytics tools, and content trends.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Proficiency in creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar apps.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable marketing insights.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
