Responsibility
- Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with brand goals, focusing on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories, and copy) that reflects Bakmi Akiu’s brand voice.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar, and provide actionable insights.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a loyal online community to enhance brand reputation.
- Collaborate with influencers, local partners, and internal teams to amplify reach through co-marketing and paid promotions.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Assist in crisis management by addressing negative feedback professionally and escalating issues as needed.
- Propose and implement creative campaigns (e.g., giveaways, challenges, UGC initiatives) to boost engagement and conversions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1–3 years) as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketer, or Content Creator, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing content creation, copywriting, and campaign management across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, CapCut) and basic graphic/video editing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs (engagement rate, CTR, follower growth) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design, trends, and storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid setting.
- Based in Bali (preferably in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas) with reliable internet access.
