Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (text, images, videos) tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social listening platforms.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a community around the brand.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align social media efforts with broader campaign goals.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, A/B testing, and ROI analysis.
- Identify and partner with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Experience with SEO and content optimization for social platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
