Responsibility
- KOL & Influencer Sourcing: Identify, research, and shortlist potential affiliate partners (micro to macro-influencers, bloggers, content creators) aligned with brand values and target audiences.
- Outreach & Negotiation: Proactively approach, pitch, and negotiate collaboration terms, commissions, and deliverables with affiliates.
- Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end affiliate campaigns, from onboarding to performance tracking, ensuring timely execution and compliance.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs (CTR, conversions, ROI) using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, affiliate platforms) and provide actionable insights.
- Relationship Nurturing: Maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates through regular check-ins, incentives, and tailored support.
- Content Collaboration: Coordinate with affiliates on content guidelines, brand messaging, and creative assets to ensure consistency.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain organized records of affiliate agreements, payments, and performance metrics; generate reports for stakeholders.
- Market Trends: Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms to refine approaches.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or digital marketing (agency or in-house).
- Networking Skills: Strong ability to build rapport with influencers, agencies, and internal teams.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets) and familiarity with tracking tools (e.g., Post Affiliate Pro, Tapfiliate).
- Communication: Excellent English written and verbal skills for negotiations, pitches, and reporting.
- Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and blogs as affiliate channels.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Adaptability to pivot strategies based on performance data and market shifts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
