Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard high-impact KOLs and micro-influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Oversee campaign activation, including content briefs, timelines, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (engagement rates, ROI, reach) to optimize campaign performance.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative and social media teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in influencer marketing, platform algorithms, and consumer behavior.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and leadership, showcasing campaign insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or digital campaign activation.
- Proven track record of successful influencer collaborations and campaign delivery in the advertising or media industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and their respective ecosystems.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, CRM systems).
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to strategy and execution.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
