Responsibility

  • Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard high-impact KOLs and micro-influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Oversee campaign activation, including content briefs, timelines, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs (engagement rates, ROI, reach) to optimize campaign performance.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with creative and social media teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in influencer marketing, platform algorithms, and consumer behavior.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and leadership, showcasing campaign insights.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or digital campaign activation.
  • Proven track record of successful influencer collaborations and campaign delivery in the advertising or media industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and their respective ecosystems.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with a results-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, CRM systems).
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to strategy and execution.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
