Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (posts, stories, reels, videos) aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite, and provide actionable insights.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and HR teams to align social media efforts with employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithm updates, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, A/B testing, and ROI analysis.
- Build and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent, on-brand publishing.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or Digital Marketer, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Sprout Social) and design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a portfolio showcasing creative, engaging content.
- Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or similar tools to track performance.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and how they integrate with social media strategies.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); Indonesian language is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving priorities in a remote or hybrid setting.
