Responsibility

- Create and curate high-quality content for various social media platforms, including posts, videos, and graphics.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a positive online community.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with company goals and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Manage social media calendars and schedules to ensure consistent posting.
- Conduct research to identify new opportunities for audience growth and engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies is a plus.
