Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging visual and written content that resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize campaign performance and report findings to the management team.
- Proactively engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster brand loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and digital marketing best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader business goals and seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Identify and reach out to relevant influencers or brand partners to expand our digital reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience in managing professional social media accounts with a track record of growth.
- Strong command of visual design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, or Photoshop) and video editing capabilities (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Rush).
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills in Indonesian and/or English.
- Deep understanding of social media platform dynamics, analytics tools, and community management.
- Highly creative mindset with the ability to turn complex concepts into engaging digital content.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
