Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Curate, create, and schedule high-quality photo and video content that captures the unique luxury of New Kuta Hotel.
- Monitor and respond to guest inquiries, comments, and reviews across all digital platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze performance metrics and social media KPIs to optimize content strategy and ROI.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to promote seasonal offers, events, and hotel packages.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activity in the hospitality sector.
- Coordinate with influencers and media partners to execute digital marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the hotel or luxury lifestyle industry.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite) and social scheduling platforms.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Indonesian.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn algorithms.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong creative vision with a sharp eye for photography, videography, and visual storytelling.
