Responsibility
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality visual and video content using Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align social media efforts with broader business goals.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget management and ROI tracking.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, platform algorithms, and emerging digital marketing tools.
- Produce monthly reports on social media KPIs, including follower growth, engagement rates, and conversion metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Media Officer, Digital Marketer, or similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) for photo and video editing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, trends, and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is advantageous.
