Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Manage and optimize ad campaigns to achieve KPIs including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media efforts with overall marketing strategies
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in digital advertising
- Monitor and adjust budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Identify new opportunities for audience targeting and expansion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns with a proven track record of success
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are a plus
- Experience with SEO and content marketing is beneficial
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote or hybrid setting
