Responsibility
- Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content (e.g., posts, videos, stories) tailored to target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through social media channels, including lead generation, outreach, and relationship building.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with broader business goals and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure competitive advantage.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and ROI analysis.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive community around the brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media marketing, digital marketing, or sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a knack for storytelling and content creation.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
