Responsibility
- Host live streaming sessions on TikTok and other social media platforms to engage and grow the audience.
- Develop and execute creative content strategies to increase viewer interaction, retention, and conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote products, services, or brand messages during live sessions.
- Monitor live chat interactions, respond to viewer questions, and foster a positive and inclusive community.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., viewership, engagement rates) and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices for live streaming.
- Prepare scripts, talking points, and visual aids to enhance the quality of live broadcasts.
- Represent the brand professionally, maintaining a consistent and appealing on-camera presence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Live Host or Social Media Presenter, with a strong portfolio of live streaming content (TikTok experience is a must).
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
- Charismatic, energetic, and comfortable being on camera for extended periods.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, and their live streaming features.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate global audience time zones.
- Strong improvisational skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations gracefully during live sessions.
- Basic technical knowledge of streaming software, lighting, and audio setup is advantageous.
