Responsibility
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand the company’s customer base in Bacolod and surrounding areas.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform business decisions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement, follow-ups, and personalized service.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting the company’s financial products and leasing solutions.
- Collaborate with the credit and underwriting teams to ensure smooth processing of client applications and approvals.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Stay updated on financial regulations, market conditions, and product offerings to provide accurate and compliant advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Bacolod and nearby areas as required.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
