Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, PPC, email, and social media) to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) with a focus on ROI and conversion tracking.
- Create and oversee content calendars, ensuring high-quality, SEO-optimized content across blogs, websites, and social platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the digital landscape.
- Monitor and report on KPIs and performance metrics (traffic, engagement, CTR, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to produce compelling multimedia content (videos, infographics, ads).
- Implement A/B testing for campaigns, landing pages, and CTAs to maximize performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends (AI, automation, voice search) and recommend innovative strategies to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in SEO, PPC, and social media management.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4, and other marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Indonesian is a plus).
- Experience with content creation, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and basic HTML/CSS is advantageous.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
