Responsibility
- Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for FedEx's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content strategies.
- Support the development of social media campaigns, including brainstorming ideas, drafting copy, and coordinating with design teams.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
- Assist in managing influencer partnerships and user-generated content initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to enhance FedEx's social media presence.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Basic knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite) is a plus.
