Responsibility
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Create and optimize high-converting ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Design engaging visual content using Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Manage and grow social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and implement best practices.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Advanced skills in Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
