Responsibility
- Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising platforms.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROI) to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Manage and schedule content calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging posts across all digital channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and developers to produce high-quality marketing assets (e.g., graphics, videos, landing pages).
- Handle customer inquiries and engagement on social media and other digital platforms.
- Assist in SEO and SEM activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and ad copywriting.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing campaign performance and insights.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Virtual Assistant, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role in a startup or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Mailchimp).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing best practices.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote setting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Based in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) with a stable internet connection and reliable workspace.
