Responsibility
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive and active online community.
- Assist in developing social media campaigns and promotions to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth) using tools like Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and align content with brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices to optimize content strategy.
- Support the creation of graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets (basic design skills are a plus).
- Assist in managing influencer and partnership collaborations to expand our digital presence.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing personal or professional social media accounts with a strong portfolio or examples of past work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva) and basic analytics.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visual and written content.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization for social platforms.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
