Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, on-brand content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize reach and ROI.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a positive community around the brand.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align social media efforts with broader business goals.
- Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and A/B testing.
- Track KPIs (e.g., follower growth, engagement rate, click-through rates) and present insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with an eye for visual storytelling.
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic video editing is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-changing trends.
