Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals and target audience preferences.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite to optimize campaigns.
  • Manage community interactions by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms to keep strategies fresh and effective.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget management and A/B testing for ad creatives.
  • Generate monthly reports on KPIs (engagement rates, follower growth, conversions) and present insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, preferably in a marketing agency or in-house role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design, storytelling, and brand consistency.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and how they integrate with social media strategies.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a remote or hybrid setting.
