Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and target audience needs.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media content.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and metrics, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to enhance brand visibility and partnerships.
- Organize and execute events, promotions, and product launches to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders on marketing performance and ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, email marketing software).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with graphic design, content creation, or CRM systems is a plus.
