As our Social Media & KOL Specialist, you will spearhead our digital marketing initiatives by managing end-to-end content production and cultivating strong relationships with influential content creators. We are looking for someone who stays ahead of social media trends, understands the nuances of the travel and hospitality industry, and knows how to translate brand values into high-engagement content.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to increase brand awareness.
- Manage end-to-end KOL (Key Opinion Leader) campaigns, from sourcing and outreach to contract negotiation and campaign performance analysis.
- Create, edit, and curate high-quality visual content (photos/videos) that aligns with our brand identity.
- Stay up-to-date with current digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Engage with our digital community by responding to inquiries and fostering meaningful conversations with followers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management or influencer marketing, preferably in the hospitality or tourism sector.
- Strong aesthetic sense and proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for organic growth.
- Self-motivated, creative thinker, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
