Responsibility
- Assist in managing and scheduling content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging and visually appealing social media posts, including graphics and videos.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a positive online community.
- Support the development of social media campaigns and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and strategies.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Assist in preparing reports on social media metrics and insights.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for social media and staying updated with the latest trends.
- Previous internship or project experience in social media is an advantage.
