Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive corporate communications strategies aligned with the Group’s business objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison for media inquiries, cultivating strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry analysts.
- Create and distribute press releases, statements, and thought leadership content to enhance brand reputation.
- Organize and manage corporate events, press conferences, and stakeholder engagements.
- Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, providing insights and crisis communication support as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across digital and traditional channels.
- Prepare executive communications, including speeches, presentations, and internal memos.
- Track and report on KPIs related to communications efforts, demonstrating ROI and impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or media relations, preferably in a multinational or group setting.
- Proven track record of managing media relations and securing high-impact placements.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of published work.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior executives and external stakeholders.
- Experience in crisis communications and issue management.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
