Responsibility

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand goals and audience insights.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Monitor and respond to community interactions (comments, messages, mentions) in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Analyze performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, conversions) and provide actionable reports to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and A/B testing.
  • Build and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and campaign alignment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Executive, Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a portfolio of engaging posts.
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling and brand aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills to handle multiple brands and deadlines.
