Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and curate high-quality content (blogs, social posts, videos, graphics) aligned with brand guidelines and audience preferences.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, sales, product) and external partners (agencies, influencers) to ensure campaign consistency and timely delivery.
- Track and analyze KPIs (traffic, conversions, engagement rates) using tools like Google Analytics, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Manage editorial calendars, deadlines, and budgets to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
- Optimize website and landing pages for SEO, user experience, and lead generation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to propose innovative strategies.
- Assist in organizing events, webinars, or community initiatives to boost brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or content management (agency or in-house).
- Proven track record of managing successful campaigns across social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with a portfolio of engaging content (blogs, captions, ad copy).
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach and a passion for storytelling.
