Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (paid media, SEO, content, email) to drive brand awareness and conversions.
- Manage end-to-end paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), optimizing budgets and creatives for maximum ROI.
- Oversee website performance, including UX/UI improvements, A/B testing, and analytics to enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to produce high-impact digital assets (ads, landing pages, social content).
- Monitor and report on KPIs and campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Stay ahead of industry trends (e.g., AI tools, algorithm updates) and implement best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment between marketing, design, and client teams.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media, SEO, and content strategy.
- Proven track record of managing successful campaigns (portfolio or case studies required).
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience with website optimization (CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and user experience (familiarity with Figma/Canva is advantageous).
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work remotely and collaborate across time zones.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
