Responsibility
- Develop and execute high-quality, on-brand content (graphics, videos, copy) for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align content with brand voice, goals, and SEO best practices.
- Edit and enhance visual assets (photos, videos) using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CapCut.
- Research and implement trend-driven content strategies to boost engagement and reach.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and consistency across all platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, conversions) and optimize content based on insights.
- Write compelling storytelling-driven copy for captions, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and platform algorithms to keep content fresh and competitive.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in content creation, graphic design, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual design, video editing, and storytelling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and their content requirements.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and adapt to feedback.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization is a plus.
