Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth across Southeast Asia.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on the Southeast Asian market.
