Responsibility
- Host live streaming sessions on various digital platforms to promote beauty and cosmetic products.
- Engage with the audience in real-time, answering questions, providing product recommendations, and creating a lively atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute live stream content, including scripts, product highlights, and promotional strategies.
- Demonstrate products effectively, highlighting features, benefits, and usage tips to drive customer interest and sales.
- Monitor live stream performance metrics (e.g., viewer count, engagement rate, conversion) and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain a strong connection with the audience, fostering brand loyalty and repeat engagement.
- Stay updated on beauty trends, product knowledge, and industry best practices to deliver accurate and compelling content.
- Assist in post-stream activities, such as analyzing performance data and preparing reports for the team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a live stream host, presenter, or in a customer-facing sales role, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage and entertain an audience.
- Fluent in English (additional fluency in Indonesian is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, skincare, and makeup trends.
- Comfortable and confident on camera with a professional and approachable on-screen presence.
- Tech-savvy with experience using live streaming platforms, social media, and basic broadcasting tools.
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate live stream schedules.
