Responsibility
- Develop and refine event/activation briefs in collaboration with brand PICs to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment with KPIs.
- Conduct pre-event surveys and venue assessments to identify logistical requirements, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end event planning, including budgeting, timeline management, and vendor/supplier negotiations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, operations) to integrate brand messaging and design into activations.
- Oversee on-site execution, including setup, AV, staffing, and real-time problem-solving to ensure flawless delivery.
- Monitor and report on event performance metrics (attendance, engagement, ROI) with post-event analysis and recommendations.
- Maintain relationships with venues, vendors, and local authorities to secure permits and compliance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in experiential marketing and propose innovative activation ideas.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event supervision, exhibition management, or marketing activations.
- Proven track record of executing large-scale events (500+ attendees) from concept to completion.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills to secure cost-effective, high-quality services.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) for stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office, event software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent), and budgeting tools.
- Creative problem-solver with a customer-centric mindset and attention to detail.
